Landmark Grading Company’s roots can be traced back to the original company’s incorporation in 1993 under the name of Best Backhoe Service founded by president and CEO, Steve McCants.

In just a few years the company’s scope and operations quickly outgrew the old namesake and in 2007 Landmark Grading Company, Inc. was founded to keep the company moving forward to onward growth in the industry.

Landmark Grading Company has maintained a consistent presence in the industry for over 35 years with knowledge and experience in every detail of construction from planning, acquisitions, negotiations, and design to oversight and execution of all phases of the construction project cycle.

Each year Landmark Grading Company continues to grow with projects spanning across the southeast with completed projects in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. We hope that our next successful project can be completed for you!
